The lower coarse of stone is really an aluminum support that has a texture applied and painted to simulate the exposed Chinese limestone stack.
An exposed timber frame was washed, stained and sealed to highlight this great room ceiling.
Custom white oak cabinetry and woodwork were sealed, finished and waxed in this guest house great room and 1st and 2nd floor hallways.
Master bedroom ceiling has a random brushed metallic finish and hand painted border with ceiling rosette. Walls are a venetian plaster with metallic topcoat.

This great room has a suede finish ceiling with an acanthus border crowning soft yellow glazed walls with a hand painted frieze.

An NKBA award winning powder room is painted with a number of finishes. The ceiling and crown molding have a copper base with a glazed topcoat. The walls have been given a “Tuscan” look with multiple layers of glaze. Over the glazing are a series of hand painted pieces of jewelry hung from a painted copper wire. There is everything from diamonds and pearls to rubies and emeralds. The cabinetry, trim and mirror were painted and glazed.
A whirlpool tub is flanked by two hand painted trellises with flowers, vines and a couple of chickadees.
